Meet the CEO

Ray Hill is the Founder and CEO of TruClean Arkansas, a commercial cleaning and facilities services company built on accountability, structure, and consistent execution.

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial cleaning and facility services industry, Ray has worked in nearly every role—from frontline operations to statewide executive leadership. Before launching TruClean Arkansas, he served as Chief Operating Officer for a multi-office janitorial organization, overseeing operations across Arkansas and supporting the growth and development of hundreds of franchisees and small business owners.

Ray’s background includes deep expertise in operational systems, quality control, workforce development, and client retention. He has led large-scale service programs, built inspection and training frameworks, and helped organizations move from inconsistent service delivery to measurable, repeatable results.

TruClean Arkansas was created to solve a common problem Ray saw throughout the industry: inconsistent quality, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Under his leadership, the company operates with documented processes, routine inspections, and direct client feedback systems designed to deliver reliable service without corporate red tape.

Ray is actively involved in the business, ensuring standards are upheld and clients receive the level of care they expect. His leadership philosophy is simple—people first, systems second, and results always.

Outside of operations, Ray is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs, building sustainable teams, and creating service models that support both clients and the people delivering the work.
